Utilized the iDisco tissue clearing protocol for mAb immunolabeling and subsequent validation on over 140 mice, 100 human, and 70 marmoset tissues. Validated mAbs provide a means for whole-mount profiling in diverse organs to recognize three-dimensional protein distribution and track changes in neural morphology, associated with diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and Autism. Creating a database of effective and reliable antibodies will help facilitate research on those diseases using a novel robust platform that can be widely adopted.
